Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you agree to all of the terms and conditions in this rental agreement.

A delivery fee of $25.00 will be charged for any transaction. There is no additional charge for us picking up the equipment.

Express Baby Supplies is the owner of all equipment and will be termed the “owner”. The party that rents the equipment will be termed the “renter”. The items rented will be known as the “equipment”.

Rental period: The rental period will be the dates listed on the rental contract. All rentals have a minimum charge of 3 days. Any changes may result in added rental charges. If you need to change the rental period, let us know by calling us at (224)456-3915. Don’t text or e-mail for changes.

All items should be inspected right away to be sure they are in working condition. If for any reason they are not, the renter will contact the owner immediately, so that another piece of equipment can be supplied. The renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as it was received. A $30.00 cleaning fee will be added for any items that come back excessively dirty. By excessive we mean soiled, chewing gum, vomit, etc.

The renter agrees to use the equipment as intended by the manufacturer. An instruction manual will be supplied by the owner. The instructions must be returned with the equipment or a $10.00 replacement charge will be added. For liability reasons, car seats must be installed by the renter.

If the equipment is lost or stolen it is the responsibility of the renter. A charge for the replacement will be at full retail. We do not offer insurance at this time.

Any cancellation within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the rental fee. There is no charge for a cancellation prior to two days before the agreement.

Renters must be at least 18 years old.

Express Baby Supplies LLC’s equipment are used at renters risk of loss or injury of any type. Renter will not hold responsible any staff of Express Baby Supplies LLC or any staff or hotels associated with this rental. Renter agrees to defend, and hold Express Baby Supplies LLC and its agents, harmless from any claims, liabilities (including negligence, tort, and strict liabilities), expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or resulting from the manufacture, possession, condition, use, operation, handling, transportation, and or return of the rented equipment, and/or customers breach of any term/condition of this agreement. By accepting this agreement you agree to and acknowledge that the items you have agreed to rent from Express Baby Supplies LLC are not the manufacturer or designer of the equipment. You understand that all rented equipment is rented as is.
